Engaging New Generations

presented by:

Nearly every business feels the “pressure of the pipeline” to identify, attract and engage new generations of customers, followers, supporters, guests, etc.  The successful “Engagement Pipeline” necessarily requires a constant stream of strategic messages and activities in order to remain healthy.  In turn, your business is constantly challenged to replace churning audiences and attract an increasingly fragmented and viable prospect pool.

“Engaging New Generations” takes a broad approach to these topics by first defining “New Generations” not simply by age, but also by areas of interest, life stages, purchasing power, etc.  This panel discussion will challenge your current thinking, present fresh perspectives, and leave you excited about your potential to keep your engagement pipeline healthy and filled with “new generations” of future raving fans.

Leading the Panel is Ben Smith, nationally recognized social and digital media innovator and expert.
